The LandSkills funding for training programme continues at full strength! We’ve just launched our Autumn and Winter programme to take us through from now until February 2011. There’s a variety of courses to suit everyone from the established contractor to the fledgling firewood business, and all eligible for funding through Lantra LandSkills.

Rural Development Initiatives is seeking a Wildfire Project Officer to work on its wide range of fire groups, forums and wildfire training projects.

CO2Sense has just launched its online Woodfuel Network.  This network will be a key communication and resource tool for the Woodfuel Programme.


The network is free to join and open to all, especially those people who are interested in the production, supply or use of woodfuel within the Yorkshire and Humber region.
