Project Hosting and Delivery 

As an organisation which is dedicated to the delivery of high-quality outputs on behalf of public and third-sector bodies, projects and project management lie at the heart of everything we do.

RDI have invested in IT and project management systems from day one of our operations. Coupled with professional, experienced and well-trained staff, we're able to deliver large, complex projects with all the safeguards and quality controls that clients should expect from an organisation spending hundreds of thousands pounds of public funds each year. Each project that we deliver, and there can be anything up to 50 running at once, is assigned to an RDI Director and a team assembled based on the needs of the project and the client. Projects are rigorously planned and performance monitored, with clear milestones, deadlines and outputs.

The quality of our project management systems are probably only surpassed by the financial and accounting systems which lie behind the organisation. Based at our Head Office in Inverurie, our financial management team consists of the company Finance Director, Management Accountant and Accounts Assistants. As dedicated professionals with an in-depth understanding of the need for the effective mangement of public funds, the financial management team participate at various stages of project development and delivery - not just when it comes to budget reconciliation or claim time!
