Event Details

Rural Development Initiatives Ltd have recently secured a licence to run a Group Scheme under the
Grown in Britain licensing programme for forest owners and those operating in the forestry and timber supply chain across the North of England.

We will be holding a launch event of the scheme on Tuesday 17th May 2016 at the Woodfuel Barn, High Spen, Tyne and Wear.

During the event there will be a presentation which sets out the details of the scheme as well as how to become a member.

Further details of the Grown in Britain programme can be found on their website.   http://www.growninbritain.org/

This initiative has been supported by the industry-led Roots to Prosperity work and the research currently being undertaken by the SIMWOOD project.

We hope you will be able to join us as the meeting to find out what Grown in Britain will do to help your business.  Booking is essential so please reserve your place by contacting Erica Spenser on 01765 609355 or via email to erica.spencer@ruraldevelopment.org.uk
